Online Return - Customers have 14 days from the ship date to receive a full refund. Once the order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.
In Store Return - Customers will have 14 days from the ship date to return in store for store credit. Customer will need to have the purchased item and invoice.
Shipping - All orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00. All orders over $150.00 will have no shipping fee.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 5 to 7 business days. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
